The advantage of in-house coating

The pre-treatment process
Before any powder is applied, every profile undergoes a rigorous multi-stage chemical pre-treatment. This is the foundation of finish quality — without it, even the best powder coat brand will fail prematurely.
02 · Etching
Chemical etching creates micro-roughness, increases surface area for paint adhesion, and removes remaining oxide layer.
03 · Chromate conversion
Critical corrosion-resistance layer — especially for exterior and coastal applications.
04 · DM water rinse
Deionised water rinse with air bubbling — removes chemical residues without mineral deposits.
05 · Robot powder coating
Electrostatic application — even coverage at 60–80 microns including corners and grooves.
06 · 20-foot curing oven
Controlled temperature curing bonds powder permanently to the treated surface.
07 · Auto stretch wrap
Protects coated surfaces from scratching, moisture, and site damage in transport.
